Case of 6 – Quintessentially Refreshing English Rosé
This case contains six bottles of our English rosé, produced from 100% Gamay grapes grown in Kent. Gamay is a variety rarely cultivated in the UK, and its characteristics are expressed clearly in this release. The wine presents defined red fruit notes, including strawberry, raspberry and subtle cherry tones, supported by balanced acidity and gentle minerality.
A portion of the wine undergoes fermentation in old fortified wine barrels sourced from Portugal, adding measured depth and texture while maintaining the clarity of the fruit profile. The remainder is fermented in stainless steel to preserve precision and freshness. This combination results in a structured and well-balanced rosé with a clean finish and a refined, consistent style across all six bottles.
