ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
Cobham House is on a mission to support minority ethnic students to enter the British wine industry.
This new scholarship programme provides young people from minority ethnic backgrounds within the UK with the unique opportunity to study undergraduate degree courses in wine at Plumpton College.

Diverse talent is extremely important to Cobham House and the aim of the scholarship is to facilitate widening participation within higher education to students of marginalised communities interested in furthering their education in wine production, wine business and trade, viticulture and oenology.
THE DETAILS
Queen’s Anniversary Winner, Plumpton College, has been delivering degrees in wine for more than 30 years at their Centre of Wine Excellence in East Sussex.
Bursaries of up to £2,000 are available from September 2025.
To apply for this scholarship, please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility criteria
This scholarship is open to UK residents from a minority ethnic background, this includes Black, Asian and other minority ethnic groups living within the UK, including Gypsy/Traveller communities.
You must start your degree course in September 2025, in one of the following undergraduate courses at Plumpton College:
